Doc Deferred a condition to the FAA and eventually got a letter saying they had denied my medical status and wanted more information which was requested on the letter. I reached back out to them multiple times and was looking for some guidance and was asked what is hard about following the directions from the Faa letter? I am not a doctor that’s what is hard, I payed for your service to help me through this process, that is why I am reaching back out. Overall its a one stop shop if you have ABSOLUTLEY NO MEDICAL CONCERNS, if you do have some medical things id advise reaching out to AMAS or Wingman Med and starting there and maybe asking them if they have any recommendations on a AME that will help you along the way and potentially even consult you. They Jacksons are good people but it had the feel of “I got your money see ya later, don’t call me.”
