July 25, 2025 at 10:39 amI highly recommend seeing Dr. Sarah Albers for your FAA medical exam. She is extremely personable and highly knowledgeable. I left a message on her voicemail when I contacted her and she called me back right away even though she was leaving to go out of the country. I was able to get my son scheduled very quickly after she returned. On the day of his exam everything was very smooth and straightforward. She answered all of our questions and even went above and beyond with recommended sites to help my son pursue his dream of becoming a pilot. It was a pleasure to have met someone so passionate about her work and know that if we need more guidance she is aways willing to help

Like most pilots, I usually get a bit anxious before these exams since our careers depend on them — but Dr. Albers completely put me at ease. From the very beginning, she went out of her way to make the process comfortable, even calling me personally after I booked the appointment to introduce herself and walk me through what to expect.
The appointment itself was smooth, efficient, and professional, but also had a personal touch that made a big difference. You can tell she genuinely cares about the pilots she works with. Easily the best experience I’ve had with an AME.

I was nervous going into it and before long, I was already very comfortable. I will definitely be going back to see her again and I would recommend her to anyone getting an FAA medical exam!

She offers flexible appointment scheduling and makes extra effort to meet, and she listens carefully to pilots and is a pleasure to meet with.

Definitely the coolest Doc here in Michigan, and is very responsive and easy to schedule with!

At the appointment my son was very comfortable and understood exactly what was needed. Her communication was top notch as well. We drove over an hour to see her and will continue to do so.
