March 30, 2022 at 12:11 amDr. Little is a true professional. His staff and assistants are excellent. The office is very welcoming and comfortable. Top notch AME who really takes the time with you and offers immediate solutions to any of your questions or concerns. I have been extremely happy with my 1st class medical examinations as a professional airline pilot. He does this in conjunction with his full time medical practice and absolutely loves serving pilots and military. Doug is a retired Air Force Aviation Doctor, his patient care and pilot exams are are on par with his exceptional career in the USAF. I would recommend Dr. Little to any professional aviator, or future pilots, requiring FAA medical examinations.

Doug was very highly regarded with the military, and while he hasn’t worked where I work for 6 years, his name still echoes around. Clear cut, to the point exam, in and out quickly. Looking forward to next year’s exam.
